Acquisition of the main and architectural design of the Ilola school renovation and replacement new construction project The City of Vantaa's Premises Management is requesting an offer for the main and architectural design of the Ilola school's renovation and replacement new building project starting from the project plan, including yard and road sign design as well as interior design, professional kitchen, acoustic and fire safety design as specified in more detail in the request for tenders and appendices. District: 71 Ilola Address: Epinkoskentie 5, 01390 Vantaa Block/plot: 71079 Property: 92-071-0079-006 Building: 101790778F Year of construction: 1987 Year of expansion: 1993 Number of floors: 1 (+ 2 small lofts) Building 1 of Ilola School was completed in 1987 and building 2 was completed in 1993. The buildings have 1 floor and are connected to each other by a gateway. The property also has a building made in 2014, which is not part of this project, except for 2 small changes. The project also includes the basic repair of the yard, to be repaired the extent of the yard is indicated in appendix 5c. The current Ilola school is partly in poor and partly satisfactory condition in terms of building technology. The surface materials are mostly original, from 1987 and 1993 and in need of renewal. The degree of repair of the oldest building is found too high for repair.
