Description : 1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, through the 20% Development Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00 Cents. (PHP 400, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for "Acquisition of Machines, Equipment, Tools, and Materials for Solid Wastes Collection, Segregation, Recycling and Recovery". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for ' Acquisition of Machines, Equipment, Tools, and Materials for Solid Wastes Collection, Segregation, Recycling and Recovery '. Delivery of the Goods is required on the dates of Conduct of Each Activities upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
