Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the low-carbon assessment tool for site planning as a SaaS service, which is a browser-based software service for assessing the climate effects of land use plans delivered via a data network, and with which the Subscriber can evaluate and compare the climate impacts of land use plans at the site plan level based on the carbon footprint and handprint calculated by the tool. The system under procurement is primarily used for evaluating the climate effects of station planning. The purpose of the system is to enable a systematic examination and monitoring of the climate effects and carbon footprint of planning solutions as part of the town planning process. However, the use of the system is not intended to be limited to land use planning and zoning for a given design level. The goal is that the acquired system can also be developed and used at different levels of land use planning according to the needs of the procurement unit, such as in general plan planning, expand the calculation to other areas of land use, such as adapting to climate change and protecting biodiversity, or to improve the system's reporting capabilities. The subscriber has the opportunity to purchase additional modules and/or additional functionalities for the low-carbon assessment of general planning and for pre-construction reporting using the additional procurement option included in the procurement.
