Joki libraries are asking for offers for the literature to be acquired for the period 1.11.2024 - 31.10.2026, after which the contract can be extended for two years on the original terms by the decision of the subscriber. The estimated value of the acquisition is a commitmentthat about 560, 000 euros / year. The customer does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value. procurement portal, through which they get to know the literature they can choose from, make their choices and order the materials.
The portal compares each individuallyits acquisition prices and directs the order to the material supplier who offers it at the cheapest price at the time of ordering.
The object of the acquisition is Finnish, Swedish and foreign language literature to be used by the Joki libraries, as well as audiovisual materials related to literature (language courset and multimedia). The request for tenders does not apply to other independent audiovisual works such as music, games and films or textbooks for basic education.
The procurement concerns domestic and foreign literature for libraries according to the needs of the subscribers. The acquisition does not apply to pre-school education ortextbooks to be purchased at educational institutions.
In addition to general literature in domestic literature, the offer must include a wide selection of productions by public organizations, educational institutions, various companies and
