The purpose of the consultation is the supply, delivery, installation, putting into working order and training of a linear impactor making it possible to carry out horizontal impact tests intended for the evaluation of protective devices (helmets, back protection, airbag protection). It follows a decision of unsuccessfulness of batch 2 dated 07/09/25, of procedure n°AMU13-2025. The contract takes effect on the date of receipt of its notification and ends either at the end of the tranche optional T04, if it is strengthened or at the end of optional PSE 4 if it is retained. The duration of the contract is 3 years maximum. -The services are described in article 6 of the CCP. This is a firm and tranche market. optional application of the provisions mentioned in articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code. -(TF): Acquisition of a linear impactor allowing horizontal impact tests to be carried out for the study of the human body and devices protections - (TO1): Fixing interfaces for installing a Kistler type 9347C load cell between the rod and the impactor head - (TO2): Free linear translation table -(TO3): Acquisition card as well as the software allowing acquisition test data -(TO4): Maintenance package / one-year parts and labor warranty extension (at the end of the initial warranty period) Optional PSEs are also included as a firm tranche.
