SELECT THE COMPANY THAT HAS THE CAPACITY AND AVAILABILITY TO SUPPLY THE CENTRAL BANK OF VENEZUELA CASA DE LA MONEDA; ELECTRICAL MATERIALS INCLUDING THE LED LIGHTING FOR LIGHTING THE CASA DE LA MONEDA COMPLEX, WHICH MEETS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF WHAT IS REQUESTED HERE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CON THE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS, BANKRUPTCY BASES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PROCESS WILL BE GOVERNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE DECREE WITH RANK, VALUE AND FORCE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW (DLCP) AND ITS REGULATIONS.
