The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests bids for the acquisition of the JOKO coaching program. With the JOKO coaching program, the city of Espoo strengthens its organization's management and ability to implement the city's strategy. The JOKO training program to be acquired must include key aspects of operational management, such as financial and personnel management as well as strategy implementation, goal setting and monitoring. The first training program is estimated to start in winter 2027, application for the training program will be implemented in the fall of 2026.
