Acquisition of joint agreement for digital HR manuals The ministries' security and service organization (DSS) must acquire a digital HR handbook ("Software as a service") for the ministry community. It is a requirement that the solution includes a manual which separates information that is aimed at the individual employee (personnel handbook) into one part and a separate part that is aimed at managers (managers' handbook). The agreement must contain an option for an HSE handbook as well as an empty handbook that can be completed in its entirety by the client at need. In addition, the supplier must be able to offer consulting assistance related to the solution in cases where the customer needs it.
