Job posting portals and additional visibility Content production and marketing for recruitment and employer image communication The object of the acquisition is the HR recruitment marketing services to be acquired for HUS-Yhtymä. HUS's own channels and alongside the campaigns, we are looking for recruitment and employer marketing partners to carry out the marketing of job advertisements and produce content that strengthens the employer image, e.g. with career stories and highlighting the organization's internal things to do and attraction factors for different target groups. The procurement includes various publication channels for job advertisements, additional visibility of job advertisements and content production for both the service provider's and the customer's own platforms for employer and for recruitment marketing. The procurement is divided into two (2) areas: Sub-area 1: Portals for job announcements and additional visibility Sub-area 2: Content production and marketing for recruitment and employer image communication The bidder can bid together or to both areas. With this agreement, HUS does not commit to ordering any specific number of services from the service provider, and the agreement does not give the service provider an exclusive right to provide services to HUS. In procurement, department-specific ones are established framework arrangements. Two (2) suppliers will be selected for sub-area 1 and four (4) suppliers will be selected for sub-area 2, if there are at least as many accepted offers as mentioned above.
