ACQUISITION OF JETMATIC PUMPS (REPLACEMENT)
1) The Municipality of Valladolid through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract (MOV-0002-2026) for ACQUISITION OF JETMATIC PUMPS (REPLACEMENT) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Valladolid now invites bids for ACQUISITION OF JETMATIC PUMPS (REPLACEMENT)) using the Public Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required in 45 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
