Acquisition of isotopes (KM) 2. Procurement of isotopes KM, repeated procedure SENTISCINT (100-600 nm) - expected quantity for 24 months: 40 kits Requestor for the Ministry of Commerce. initiates a public procurement procedure according to § 105, subsection (1), point a). Procurement includes also delivery. Evaluation criterion: Bidder is the Kbt. Section 76 (2) a) evaluates the offers according to the lowest price, and selects the most economically advantageous offer. The Kbt. In view of § 76, paragraph (5), contracting authority informs the tenderers that the needs of the tenderer are met by the goods that meet the quality and technical requirements specifically defined as the subject of the procurement, and that the most economically advantageous tender is selected only by the lowest price evaluation, given that the product is a standard product defined and delimited by legislation, and cannot be differentiated according to quality aspects.
