Acquisition of interpreting services Innlandet county council has a need for one provider of interpreting services in several contexts. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a renewed framework agreement to cover the client's needs for spoken language interpreting services (hereafter referred to such as interpreting services), all essential telephone interpreting, but also within attendance interpreting and remote interpreting via video (Teams, Zoom, etc.). This involves oral language communication from Norwegian to the interpreting language and vice versa. Inlandet county council is subject to the Act on Public bodies' responsibility for the use of interpreters etc. (Interpreters Act). The number of assignments is 2, 000 - 2, 500 assignments annually, where approx. 95% is telephone interpretation.
