This consultation concerns the acquisition, implementation, maintenance and assistance of equipment management software for the Departmental Analysis Laboratory of Mayenne (LDA53). The award procedure used is the procedure adapted open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. It is valid for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract. The minimum and maximum amounts for the duration of the framework agreement are set as follows: 25 000 euro(s) HT / 100 000 euro(s) HT
