The purpose of this consultation is to provide a Water and Business GIS software solution. Sanitation for the Vichy Community Water Cycle Department. The contract includes: - The supply of licenses (desktop and mobile) and the installation of the solution - The recovery and migration of geographic and attribute data of the software Arcopole PRO water and sanitation - Data interfacing with the WAT.ERP billing software, with data recovery by Metering Point (PDC) - Interfacing with the general GIS of the subscriber control layer (ArcGIS Server) - Configuration business functionalities (Drinking Water, Sanitation) - User training (administrators, office users, field users) - Corrective and progressive maintenance throughout the duration of the market
