This contract concerns the deployment (acquisition, implementation and maintenance) of a Customer Relationship Management software solution in Centrale Lyon's existing information system. The expected service includes: â†- Initial service concerning the apprenticeship tax: - The acquisition of the customer relationship management software solution; - Implementation including configuration and integration into the existing Information System - Deployment to users via a plan training; - Third-party application maintenance (including corrective and preventive maintenance) for 4 years (renewable 3 times 3 years) â†- Additional services: for the implementation of other business functionalities (Continuing Training, Sponsorship, Business Relations (except apprenticeship tax provided for in initial service), International Relations and Research Valorization, etc.) requiring a tailor-made definition of future services to be carried out.
