Tender Details

The object of the acquisition is the Finnish-language IAM system and its implementation, as well as Finnish-language system support and maintenance services. The acquisition also includes the necessary licenses. The acquired system includes, among other things: • The life cycle of identities management (new user, change in user data, exiting user) for internal (employees and students) and external (e.g. consultants and employees of service providers) users. • The IAM system uses e.g. HR system service relations several times a day or other personnel management systems of various stakeholder groups. • Support for separate management of access authorizations for several (consecutive and parallel) service periods. • Portal and workflows for user rights for applying for, advocating, accepting and implementing additions, changes and deletions. • Work queues for implementation tasks are managed in the IAM solution. • The ability to delegate the approval/management of access rights to line managers indefinitely or for a fixed period of time • Sending alarms from implementation tasks in the work queue. • Centralized data warehouse of identities and user authorizations. • Automatic and manual provisioning of access rights to selected target systems. • Support for attribute and role based for access authorization management and the roles corresponding to the current state implemented with suitable changes. • Functional and efficient control of user authorizations and identities. • Functional self-service tools for managing user data. ...
