Acquisition of an HR system The object of the acquisition is an HR system to be acquired as a SaaS service, which serves as the organization's primary source of personnel information and supports the entire life cycle of the employment relationship from the beginning of the employment relationship to the end of the employment relationship. The system will to be a process-oriented entity, where information is created once, is structured and up-to-date, and is used consistently in HR processes, front-line work, reporting and payroll administration. Careeria must have extensive in the system root user rights for managing the system, creating and maintaining new content. In the procurement, it has been taken into account that Career will later tender for a payroll system, which is why the HR system to be acquired now must have the ability to integrate with payroll systems commonly used in the market.
