The City of Espoo's Facility Services department is requesting your offer for the hosting of the companies listed below in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents: 1. Kiinteistö Oy Armas Launis katu 92. Kiinteistö Oy Auroranmäki 63. Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Kuninkaantie 414. Kiinteistö Oy Ruskatalo5. Kiinteistö Oy Taavi service center6. Kiinteistö Oy Viherlaakso's service center The companies act as the Purchaser in the procurement and the Tilapalvelut liikelaisto as the Customer's representative. The companies are just being established real estate limited companies and at the time of the request for tender are still properties directly owned by the city of Espoo.
