Acquisition of a hospital information system for PN Horní Beřkovice The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a hospital information system solution for the Horní Beřkovice Psychiatric Hospital incl. related services within the implementation of the project "eHealth Horní Beřkovice Psychiatric Hospital" (reg. no.: CZ.06.01.01/00/23_078/0006369) co-financed through the Integrated Regional Operational Program (IROP), call no. 78 "eHealth - SC 1.1 (MRR)". The subject of the performance of the public contract is an upgrade of the contracting authority's existing hospital information system to a new version and extension of NIS with functionality described in more detail in the procurement documentation. The subject of performance is also the delivery of a transactional portal solution serving as an interface for communication external users with the internal environment of the organization. Suppliers are also entitled to offer the contracting authority a new solution (not based on an upgrade of the existing solution) - in this case, it is essential that the new solution fully covers all existing functionalities NIS incl. its integration - see the client's requirements listed in chap. 2.6 of Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation. The performance also includes services associated with delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation of rules and authorizations associated with the subject of delivery and its future operation in the client's technological environment, data migration from the existing NIS solution and integration of the delivered solution into the existing IS, functionality verification and acceptance testing and employee training (incl.
