1. The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND TWO PESOS (Php 1, 159, 002.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract, to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Handpumps for the Rehabilitation of Water System in 23 Barangays. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental, now invites bids for the Acquisition of Handpumps for the Rehabilitation of Water System in 23 Barangays. Execution of Goods and Services is required within Fifteen (15) Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
