Acquisition of a group of advisers for preliminary project Rørvik school
Nærøysund municipality is inviting a competition for the contracting of an interdisciplinary planning group for phase 2, Forprosjekt Rørvik school (Skolegata 44/46/48 7970 Rørvik). In autumn 2023, a feasibility study (phase 1) was carried out which clarified the site's location, overall access conditions and volume build-up (see appendix Feasibility study). The school is to be sized for 600 pupils (1st - 10th grade) with 60 students per grade. The municipal board has decided that a preliminary project will be prepared for the two alternatives from the feasibility study for the school in Rørvik, alternatives 3A and 4A. The purpose of the preliminary project is to establish a sufficient decision-making basis for choosing a final solution and investment decision. The preliminary project shall shed light on the functional, educational, technical, financial, environmental, outdoor area, logistics solutions, traffic safety consequences of the two alternatives, and result in a professional recommendation
