ACQUISITION OF GENERATOR SET
1.
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA, through Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund, Series of 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LDRRMF2026G3: ACQUISITION OF GENERATOR SET, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the Acquisition of Generator Set. Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.
3.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
