Acquisition of a framework agreement for indoor staff notification The client needs to acquire a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of an indoor staff alarm/colleague notification with positioning. It is also desirable that the supplier can deliver alarm system without positioning. The client has great variation in the type of building with associated infrastructure, where some of the buildings may be such that the supplier must have equipment with strong signal strength/range, while for other locations it may work with equipment with less signal strength/shorter range. The supplier must therefore have expertise in mapping infrastructure and be able to assess the building's infrastructure against the degree of coverage/range of the equipment, and ensure that the solutions offered are implemented and work according to the purpose of the individual order. Pilot: The client will start the agreement with a pilot project - indoor alarm system for the residential community in Postveien 142. Taking out an option to extend the agreement will depend on whether the pilot project is successful. The competition includes the pricing of a complete indoor staff alarm system for Posteveien 142. An inspection of the building will be carried out in week 6. This is done so that the suppliers in the competition can submit a binding offer for the delivery and installation of facility to the location. The client will send suppliers who deliver offers with more information about the inspection.
