Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The City of Turku's Procurement Services is requesting a bid for the procurement of a fleet tracking system, an electronic driving logbook, and a transport order system for use by the Turku Vocational Institute for the period September 1, 2026 (target) - August 31, 2028, after which the contract can be by the customer's decision to continue under the original conditions with a two (2) year option for the period 1 September 2028 - 31 August 2030. The aim of the vehicle tracking system is to support and enhance the teaching activities of the Turku Vocational Institute (TAI) and the use of vehicles and monitoring, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of driving logbook obligations electronically. With the help of the service, the utilization rate of the fleet is improved, manual work is reduced, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of statutory obligations and increasing the transparency of operations and safety. The transportation order system and mobile devices enable the use of a system corresponding to working life as part of logistics education. The equipment and system are used both in teaching activities and during staff working hours. The service must be suitable to a multi-user environment where vehicles are used by students, teaching staff and other personnel for different purposes.
