Database services and integrations Product platforms and solutions Digitization of aid, payment and compensation processes New application and service and artificial intelligence development areas The scope of the procurement of the framework arrangement is wide-ranging IT expert services, which the various IT expert service needs of the KEHA center are supported. The procurement includes four (4) areas: Section A: Database services and integrations (3 suppliers are selected) Section B: Product platforms and solutions (3 suppliers are selected) Section C: Digitization of grant, payment and compensation processes (3 suppliers are selected) Section D: New application, service, and artificial intelligence development platforms (4 suppliers will be selected) The bidder can bid for one, several or all sub-areas. To be procured expert services are related to the definition, development, implementation, further development, maintenance and ensuring quality and data security of various information systems, applications, products and solutions. Services can target for specific projects and for the ongoing need for service. In Appendix 3.2, the operating environment of the KEHA center, the field of operation within the scope of the framework arrangement has been opened and the description of the acquisition target has been given in its main features. Acquisition the multi-supplier cooperation model is described in appendix 3.1 Cooperation and operating model and appendix 4.1 in the area-specific object description of the Framework Agreement.
