The scope of the procurement of the framework arrangement is wide-ranging IT expert services, which support the various IT expert service needs of the KEHA center. The procurement includes four (4) areas: Area A: Database services and integrations suppliers) Sub-area B: Product platforms and solutions (3 suppliers are selected) Sub-area C: Digitization of assistance, payment and compensation processes (3 suppliers are selected) Sub-area D: New application, service and artificial intelligence development platforms (4 are selected provider) The provider can offer for one, several or all areas. The professional services procured are related to the definition, development, implementation, further development of various information systems, applications, products and solutions, for maintenance and ensuring quality and information security. The services can be aimed at fixed-scale projects and the ongoing need for services for the time being. In Appendix 3.2, the operating environment of the KEHA center is opened within the scope of the framework arrangement field of operation and a detailed description of the object of acquisition in its main features.
