The purpose of the service is to support Kymenlaakso welfare area in change and development work by offering expert services that produce concrete, documented and acceptable development results for the client. The subject of the procurement are expert services that support Kymenlaakso welfare area change and development work in separately defined assignments. The goal of the service is to produce written and acceptable deliverables in accordance with the assignment-specific goals defined in advance by the customer in the agreed on schedule and with the agreed workload.
