ACQUISITION OF ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (ECC) FOR MAIN CAMPUS II
1) The Negros Oriental State University, through the STF-Tuition FY20264
intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 900, 000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
ACQUISITION OF ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (ECC) FOR MAIN
CAMPUS II . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the
opening of the financial proposals.
2) The Negros Oriental State University now calls for the submission of short-listing
documents for Acquisition of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) For Main
Campus Ii5 using the Quality-Cost Based Evaluation/Selection (QCBE/QCBS). Shortlisting documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards
Commitee (BAC) Secretariat on or before September 1, 2026 at 4:00PM at at the BAC
