Procurement of an electronic filing solution THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF THE PLANNING OF THE PROCUREMENT. The welfare area of Länsi-Uusimaa surveys the suppliers' interest for the tender regarding the electronic filing system. Suppliers interested in procurement are asked to indicate their interest in procurement by e-mail. Expressing interest in the request for information does not bind the Supplier to the tender participation, and is also not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later. The subject of the information request is an archiving solution package that supports the short- and long-term storage of information in the welfare area of Western Uusimaa and all stages of the processing process and enables the smooth execution of the process. The system must be flexible, user-friendly and easily developed according to future needs. It enables routine tasks and information required by law documentation can be largely automated, and it is possible to transfer information from the system electronically between other systems through integrations. The welfare area of Länsi-Uusimaa asks you to respond to the request for information no later than 6 March 2026 at 12 noon. You can if you wish, submit a brochure/presentation of your solution.
