The award will be made by line according to the details of each of them, where errors in the application will not be accepted, therefore, if the supplier quotes less than the required products of a line, it will be declared inadmissible, preventing their entry into the evaluation process. The delivery of the materials must be made directly to each educational establishment from February 19, 2026 onwards, according to the delivery time offered, according to the addresses and detailed specifications in the corresponding line of these Bases. The billing of each line must be carried out in detail, where global descriptions will not be accepted, otherwise, indicate quantities, unit values, product name and totals. If the supplier makes the global invoice, it will be rejected and a new invoice must be issued.
