This call for bids is published with the objective of establishing one (1) Long-Term Agreement for the Acquisition of Educational Platform Software Licenses, as described in more detail in the document entitled Section II: List of requirements, available in the Documents section. The purpose of this tender is the signing of non-exclusive long-term agreements (LTAs) with more than one supplier, for the Acquisition of Software Licenses. The contract to subscribe for this tender will be under the modality of "Long Term Agreement" (LTA), to be established through a written document signed with a contractor or supplier, issued after the competitive acquisition process, with the purpose of allow UNOPS to source specified goods at a fixed price, on agreed terms and conditions, for a period of two (2) years, which may be extended annually for up to two (2) additional years of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions, based on satisfactory evaluation of the goods, but without the legal obligation to order any maximum or minimum quantities.IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested suppliers must respond to this tender using the eSourcing system from UNOPS, through the UNGM portal.
