The drugs required in this tender, as well as their quantity and characteristics, must strictly comply with the Technical Specifications that complement these Bases. In it If they do not comply with said technical specifications, the offers will be excluded from the Bases and will not be evaluated. The presentation of offers will imply knowledge and acceptance of these Bases, Technical Specifications and others. documents of this tender, so that the successful bidder of the proposal will be bound by the terms provided in the aforementioned documents. The costs derived from the formulation of the offer incurred by the proponent will be borne by him.
