Tender Details

1. Object of procurement The city of Espoo is requesting bids for the pilot of the digital service path promoting employment (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The service is a pedagogically progressive entity utilizing a digital platform for various target groups of young job seekers. The procurement does not develop a digital platform, but the supplier must offer the platform as a ready-made part of the service. The procurement is a service procurement or small procurement as referred to in Annex E of the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016). The City of Espoo selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a procurement contract. The contract will be concluded for a limited period until June 30, 2028 at most. The contract period starts on January 1, 2027 at the earliest. The Service must be started within 1 month of the start of the contract period. The contract does not contain a quantity purchase obligation and does not give the supplier the exclusive right to sell the Service to the city of Espoo. The offer request is conditional. The acceptance of the offer and the conclusion of the procurement contract require the granting of a state grant to the city of Espoo for a multidisciplinary cooperation project promoting the employment of young people aged 18-29 who are out of work and education in the years 2026-2028. 2.
