Special instrumentation refers to each implant system's "own" torque wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools only for that system instruments necessary for installation and maintenance. The contract period is fixed-term and its duration is two (2) years from the signing of the contract. After the fixed contract period, this contract will automatically continue indefinitely, if the contract is not terminated separately in writing by the other party in accordance with the contract terms, however, so that the contract period lasts a maximum of four (4) years. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas: Sub-area 1. Lutason dental implants Sub-area 2. Tissue-level dental implants Sub-area 3. Titanium-zirconia dental implants In procurement, sub-area framework arrangements are formed. In sub-areas 1 and 2, the three (3) most economically advantageous offers are selected in each made by the Bidders. In sub-area 3, one (1) Bidder with the overall economic advantage will be selected. A tenderer can submit more than one tender if it offers more than one implant system. Suppliers are placed in areas 1 and 2 per sub-area, based on the cheapest price, in priority order.
