Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the data collection of the 2027 and 2028 Youth Barometer and the 2026 and 2028 Children and Youth Leisure Survey. The acquisition includes options to extend the contract for the period 1 January 2029 - 31 December 2030. The option period includes the years 2029 and Data collection of the 2030 Youth Barometer and the 2030 Children and Youth Leisure Survey. The use of the option is solely at the discretion of the Subscriber. Published every other year, the Children's and Adolescents' Leisure Study examines the leisure time of children and young people and hobby. The Youth Barometer, published annually, measures the values ​​and attitudes of Finnish youth aged 15-29. The youth barometer is implemented in cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Youth Research Society, so that the responsible person in the ministry the body is the State Youth Council. For the children's and young people's free time survey, at least 1, 400 children and young people aged 10-29 and, in the case of children under 15, some of their guardians are interviewed using an online form, so that they are directed to answer using the invitation letter sent home and reminders for the internet survey.
