The wellbeing area of Vantaa and Kerava tends to acquire the customer feedback system as a Software As a Service service in accordance with the attached requirements and other attachments.
The customer feedback system allows Vake to collect, process and report multi -channel in the future Customer feedback on the services of the welfare area. The customer feedback system will support the strategy of the welfare area and the improvement of services by enabling continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction.
One of the goals of system procurement is to increase the volume of customer feedback and to improve Customer feedback reliability and usability to support the development of services. In addition to existing feedback channels, the customer feedback is to be collected via SMS sent to Vake's services after the service event. Customer Feedback Data Reporting and analyzing and utilizing knowledge to support leadership is being developed.
The SaaS service is based on a product-based solution.
The service must be in production within four (4) months of the signature of the contract.
