The goal of procurement according to the cooperation model of repair construction is to find a group (later called a consortium) of different types of technology (e.g. RAK, IV, SAeH, LVV, AUT including work management) bound by a single contract to carry out small and medium-sized construction contracts during the contract period. Konsortion must carry out, among other things, maintenance and repair work, renovation and basic repair work, as well as acute on-call duties. Examples of possible work are the renewal of the water roof, maintenance painting of the windows or renovation works that improve the functionality of the premises.
The procurement is carried out athrough a procurement procedure where one or more consortiums can be selected as service providers for the contract period. The tenders are selected on the basis of overall economic affordability, which is based on the best price-quality ratio.
