The purchase is made in 5 parts, a valid offer can only be made for the entire quantity of the given part. TECHNICAL CONTENT Public procurement of contrast material Order: − The customer purchases the specified quantity of goods in any installments determined by him. Delivery: - Following order within a maximum of 2 working days. − The cost of delivery to the place of performance (Dozsa Gyoergy ut 77, Tatabanya) is borne by the supplier. − In the event of a delay of 15 days, the customer is entitled to purchase the undelivered product(s) from a third party. Other conditions: − Expiration (warranty) of the delivered products period cannot be shorter than three months from the date of delivery. It is possible to deviate from this only by separate agreement and with the written permission of the customer. − The customer can object to comments related to transport and quality defects and quantity deviations at any time within 6 working days you can do in the direction of the supplier. − The supplier is obliged to exchange a product with objectionable quality within 10 working days after the notification of the defect, but the customer is entitled to purchase the goods from a third party. − The central tender breakdown condition realized during the contract period is listed above order, delivery and other conditions apply to all parts!
