The City of Espoo (later also the subscriber) requests offers for the reception and disposal services of the contaminated country.
The acquisition applies to the reception and disposal of the following materials:
- Reception of contaminated land on the basis of waste classification
- a contaminant of contaminated soil where The contaminant concentrations exceed the upper reference values set out in the Government Decree 214/2007
-a contaminant of contaminants, where the contaminant concentrations are below the upper reference values set out in Government Decree 214/2007
- Waste fractions are contained in non-polluted soil, whose The contaminant concentrations are below the threshold levels set out in the Government Decree 214/2007
-non-contaminated soil containing waste fractions with contaminants between the thresholds set out and the lower reference values set out between Government Decree 214/2007
- containing contaminants water
- Useful concrete
- Non-beneficial concrete
- brick waste, utilized and non-benefitable
- Bottom or flight ash
- soil with the bottom or air ash of power plants
- Construction waste, found in connection with the excavation
