The object of the acquisition is the contact management system of Pirkanmaa Jatehuolto Oy (later "PJhoy") as a SaaS solution as defined in the request for tender and its attachments. OPTIONS The following options are included in the acquisition object: - Mandatory option: Test environment - Optional option 1: Mass text messages - Voluntary option 2: Automated reception of voice orders The options are described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The procurement unit (PJHoy) will decide later separately for each option whether to use that option. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. CONTRACT PERIOD This is an indefinite contract. See appendix "PJHOY_kontaktienhaltningarjestelje_agreement", section 27. The expected value of the procurement is 595, 000 - 640, 000 euros (VAT 0%) / 48 months including options.
