This contract concerns the acquisition of a 3D printer for cementitious materials (concrete, mortars, cement slurry) and/or similar materials (micro earth concrete, geopolymers, clays, etc.) allowing the creation of structures and objects in a volume printing capacity of +/- 2.5m³. The system must be complete and provided with all the devices necessary for producing prints: printers, reservoir for printable material, pumping device, connection piping, nozzles interchangeable and integrated or remote control system with dedicated software. Delivery, installation, commissioning and user training at the site of use must be included in this contract. The description detailed expected services: Description of the printer: - The printing plate must be at least 2.5 m² (approximately 2.5m x 1m or equivalent). - The printing height must be 1m minimum. - The height of the print layer varies from 5mm to 20mm. - Variable printing speed that can reach speeds of 300 to 400 mm/s (or more). - The width of the printing layer varies from 20mm to 100mm. - The precision of material deposition (width, length, thickness) less than 1mm according to the 3 axes. - Interchangeable printing nozzles. - A pumping system integrated or attached to the printer with variable printing speed including a cleaning device or kit. - A tank (in a hopper) of at least 1m³...
