Tender Details

Acquisition of compulsory civil liability contracts-RCA for the auto-machines within the DRDP Bucharest for the year 2023, with the possibility of extension for the period 01.01.2024-30.04.2024

A. According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline until which any economic operator interestparticipating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documentation is:

- the first deadline is 26 days before the deadline for submitting offers;

- the second deadline is 18 days before the deadlinethe limit for submission of offers.

B. According to art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, the Contracting Authority establishes two deadlines in which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information:

- the first deadline is 20 days before deadline limitate submission of offers;

- the second deadline is 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.

Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators, for which the answers should be published at the first deadline indicated above, Autothe Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the answers to the respective clarifications at the second deadline established in the Assignment Documentation.
