III.1 Market description

III.1.1 Nature of the market

This market is a supplies market, within the meaning of article 2, 20 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.

III.1.2 Purpose of the market

III.1.2.1 Context

The CUSL radiotherapy service wishes to replace and improve thecompression systems used in its three treatment rooms (equipped with varian type edge, halcyon and ethos accelerators) and in its simulation room (equipped with a cannon aquilion exceed lb simulator).

The systems must be identical in all treatment rooms including theSimulation and will constitute an "all in one" solution to cover all the pathologies treated such as (non -exhaustive) head and neck, thorax, abdomen, pelvis and members (upper and lower) by also allowing the realization of complex techniques such as stereotaxic treatmentand craniospinal irradiations.

III.1.2.2 Perimeter

The object of this market includes the following elements borne by the contractor:

1.Is the Cab option with the simulation CT is aplicable (dismantling and recovery of the cupboard of the simulation CT without financial counterpart);

2.Delivery, commissioning and tests of the new equipment and its possible options;

3. Personal training (use, maintenance, etc.);

4. Garantia of supplies and services;

5. Required documentation.
