THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET SURVEY AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase. The acquisition is described in more detail in the appendices of the request for information. HUS maps available on the market total solutions for AV and display systems for future tenders. The goal of the request for information is to get up-to-date information from suppliers about systems, technical solutions, service models and possible integrations that support large and diverse operating environments. The initial scope of the procurement covers AV systems for meeting and auditorium spaces, presentation screens, door mirrors and reservation screens, Digital Signage and IPTV solutions, hospital televisions, and support services and remote management related to the AV environment. A request for information does not initiate a tender, nor does completing it not be a prerequisite for participating in the subsequent competition.
