Keva (later also the Customer) requests applications to participate in the procurement of a complete solution for managing customer service and customer work. The object of the procurement is a complete solution for customer service and directing customer work. The object of the acquisition consists of the following of the components: • Complete solution and support for its use, including the right to expand the complete solution during the contract period.• Complementary expert services related to the complete solution, covering separately ordered expert work for the complete solution related tasks such as further development, organization of trainings, etc. • Complete solution delivery and implementation project, covering the tasks required for the delivery of the complete solution and the implementation of the complete solution and its continuous services, such as trainings. The object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for participation, "Description of object of procurement". The customer does not commit to any procurement quantities. The procurement is carried out using a negotiation procedure. In the first procurement procedure in phase candidates are asked to submit applications for participation in the negotiation procedure. A maximum of four (4) candidates will be selected for the negotiation, unless there are fewer suitable candidates. If 4 participation applications that meet the set requirements are received or less, all candidates who have submitted applications that meet the requirements will be selected as bidders.
