Acquisition of a comparative research project on crime as a commodity The purpose of the research project is to contribute to more knowledge about the phenomenon of crime as a commodity, to map the scope and consequences, as well as to identify existing measures and measures that are considered implemented, and if possible give an assessment of the effect of these. The assignment has a financial framework of NOK 941, 240 excl. VAT (NOK 1, 176, 550 incl. VAT) partly financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers and partly by Justice and Ministry of Emergency Situations. The framework must cover all costs related to the assignment. The assignment must begin as soon as possible, no later than 30/04/26 The project must be completed by the end of 2026. A later deadline can be accepted. The provider must state the date of final delivery of the report in the offer. For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the agreement.
