The object of the market is an offer for the acquisition of an electric tool holder for the town of Avenches, a validity of 9 months, from the submission of the offer. The vehicle is the municipal version of a 4x4 tool holder. Its motorization is 100% electric. It is planned for transport, watering and snow removal. It is protected for the winter service and will be supplied with a multi -tank type system and a standard bridge. The vehicle has a maximum speed of 40 km/h. The vehicle is supplied with a new electric panel and a new snow blade. It is suitable for the water tank already in possession. The water tank is modified to go from hydraulic training to electrical training. The 6 cradles currently in possession of the municipality must be able to be used on the vehicle offered as well as on the vehicle already in possession.
