Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition of clothing, shoes and sports accessories ("marked" tops with a Community logo, unmarked "bottom" clothing, shoes and accessories). This therefore concerns both the supply of materials and the conditions in which theyare provided to the Sports Department and its 300 to 350 agents concerned, or even to other departments if necessary (transversal market).

This consultation will lead to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders as and when required. ThisThe framework agreement is launched as a command group between the City of Nantes and Nantes Metropole, with Nantes Metropole being the coordinator. The "Member" is the public person who is a member of the Order Group.

As coordinator, Nantes Metropole manages the award procedure, son attribution, its signature and its notification including the monitoring of the framework agreement. The members of the group ensure the operational execution as well as the financial execution of the framework agreement. Different municipal or metropolitan departments may be required to use thethis market.
