The acquisition concerns renewable Citrix UHMC licenses, with the help of which Our IT ja talous Oy offers its own remote connection services to its customer owners. The licenses are acquired with related support and maintenance services for a period of five (5) years (30.9.2026 - 29 September 2031) as annual billing. The acquisition is a continuation of the use of existing licenses and it provides for the fact that during the contract period the licenses can be converted to the Citrix Flex licensing model, in which case the licenses and the related capacity can be purchased as a service through the Azure Marketplace from Citrix's Azure capacity. The purchase also includes access rights to Xenserver, Unicon, Secure Private Access (SPA), for uberAgent and Netscaler products with the support services provided by the manufacturer.
