Acquisition of the certified eSSL electronic file service system The subject of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, commissioning and subsequent support of a new certified electronic file service system (hereinafter referred to as "eSSL") operated by in the form of on-premise installation in the client's environment. The delivery will also include a module for managing DMS documents. Part of the scope of performance is in particular the delivery of the necessary licenses, system configuration, data migration from the existing system, implementation of integration connections, performing input analysis, testing, training users and providing technical and legislative support for a period of 5 years. ESSL will replace the existing system operated by the contracting authority and must meet all legislative and technical requirements set by the tender documentation and its attachments. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in the Technical Specification, which forms Appendix No. 3 of the ZD and in the Contract for the work and the provision of technical support, which forms the Appendix No. 2 of the ZD.
